Bug reports, data corrections with a source, feature requests and partnership questions — all handled by the same two people who build the tools.

Send us a message

Every field matters: the category routes your message, and the detail decides how fast we can act on it.

Pick the right route so your message gets acted on

Four categories cover almost everything people write in about. Matching yours to one of them is the difference between a fix this week and a reply next month.

  • Bug report

A tool crashed, returned an impossible number, or broke on your device. Include your browser, screen size, and the inputs you used.

  • Data correction

A GPU tier, price, release date, or requirement is out of date. Send the correct value plus a source we can verify.

  • Tool feedback

A calculator is missing an input, a preset, or a comparison you need. Tell us the decision you were trying to make.

  • Partnership

Data sharing, embedding a calculator, or press access. Skip this route for paid links — those are always declined.

What happens after you hit send

No ticket portal, no autoresponder theatre — here is the actual sequence.

  1. 1

Your message is stored with its category and timestamp. Nothing is auto-replied and nothing is auto-closed.

  2. 2

Bugs and data corrections are reproduced against the live tool first. If we cannot reproduce it, we come back asking for your exact inputs.

  3. 3

A confirmed fix ships with the tool's next update and is dated in that tool's changelog, so you can see the change you triggered.

  4. 4

Feature requests are logged against the tool roadmap. We reply even when the answer is no, with the reason.

We cannot help with Rockstar account issues, refunds, pre-order cancellations or bans — those belong to Rockstar Support. ToolWools is an independent site with no relationship to Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.

Contact questions, answered

Contact questions, answered

Response times, corrections, and what we will and will not do.

  • How fast do you reply to messages?

Tool bugs and data corrections are triaged first, usually within two working days. Partnership and general questions can take up to five working days. Every message lands in the same queue — there is no paid fast lane.

  • What should I include in a data correction?

Name the tool and the exact input you used, the number it returned, the number you believe is right, and a public source we can check. Corrections with a verifiable source get applied and dated in the tool's changelog; corrections without one get investigated but rarely shipped.

  • Can you tell me whether my specific PC will run GTA 6?

The calculators answer that faster than we can. Run the requirements checker, the bottleneck calculator and the FPS estimator with your parts — they use the same models we would use by hand. Message us only if a result looks clearly wrong for your hardware.

  • Do you accept sponsored tools, links or reviews?

No paid links, no sponsored calculators, no affiliate-driven verdicts. Partnership messages about data sharing, embedding a tool or press access are welcome; anything that would change a ranking or a verdict in exchange for money is declined.

  • What happens to the details I submit?

Your name, email, and message are stored so we can reply and track the fix. They are not sold, shared with advertisers, or added to the newsletter list unless you subscribe separately.
