• When is the GTA 6 release date?

  November 19, 2026. Rockstar confirmed the date in the second official trailer and reiterated it in the May 2026 investor update. Historically Rockstar unlocks at midnight local time in each region on the release date.

• What time does GTA 6 unlock in my timezone?

• Does this work on iPhone / Apple Calendar?

  Yes. The Apple button downloads an .ics file. iOS Safari opens it directly in Calendar; on macOS it opens in Calendar.app. Both platforms honour the two VALARM reminders.

• Will this update if Rockstar announces an official unlock time?

  Yes. The launch anchor is a single constant in the tool. The moment Rockstar publishes an official time (typically 1–2 weeks before launch), every calendar button and the countdown swap to the confirmed value.

• Can I get a reminder for the GTA 6 pre-load?

  The generated event includes two reminders: 24 hours before and 1 hour before launch. Rockstar typically opens pre-load 48–72 hours before launch — we'll add a separate pre-load event once the exact window is announced.

• Is the GTA 6 release date confirmed?

  Yes. Take-Two Interactive confirmed Nov 19, 2026 in the May 2026 earnings call and Rockstar's Trailer 2 uses the same date. Any slip would be publicly announced through the same channels — check /trackers for the live status.

• What time does GTA 6 unlock in the UK and Europe?

  On the midnight-ET precedent, launch lands at 05:00 GMT in London, 06:00 CET in Berlin, Paris and Madrid, and 07:00 EET in Helsinki. That puts UK and EU players in front of a workday morning unlock rather than a midnight one — book the day off accordingly.

• Do console and PC unlock at the same time?

  GTA 6 ships on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S on November 19, 2026; the PC version has no announced date. On console, PlayStation and Xbox both honour the publisher's regional unlock, so the two storefronts flip within the same minute.

• How big is the pre-load and when should I start it?

• Can I add the reminder on Android without Google Calendar?

  Yes. Download the .ics file and open it with any calendar app that supports the iCalendar standard — Samsung Calendar, Outlook, Proton Calendar and Fossify all import it, including both alarms.

• Why does the tool default to midnight ET?

  Rockstar unlocked GTA V (2013), RDR2 (2018) and GTA Online updates at 00:00 America/New_York. Until Rockstar publishes a different schedule, ET midnight is the most defensible default. Adjust with the timezone selector for your local time.
